Presence and the Body – Sensual Yoga Workshop in San Francisco

Friday, May 27, 2016 from 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM (PDT)

518a Castro Street,
San Francisco, CA 9411

In this 3 - hour workshop, Rosy and Hristiyan will take you on a deep exploration of presence, pleasure and connection. Through sensual yoga practice you will connect deeper to your body and your capacity to feel pleasure. Sensual yoga is a simple flowing practice for all levels, focused on undulations, touch and micro movements that easily wake up the endorphins (pleasure hormones) bringing about relaxation and happiness.

Once we have learned how to embody in our individual practice on the privacy of our mat we will take what we have learned and engage in exercises with the opposite sex in a safe container.  We will explore in a very practical and safe ways to engage in relationship with others while staying connected to our bodies and sensation.  Furthermore, we will explore the effects and benefit of knowing how to share the gifts our sensual presence.  You will learn how to create more fun, fulfilling, exciting and nourishing connections.

We believe that as women and men in this fast paced, technology ridden culture we easily lose touch with our bodies sensation, wisdom, and knowing.

Our mission at this event is to help you get more in touch with your own internal sensations, so you can truly interact with the other from that place of connection, trust, presence, and centeredness inside. We believe that connection, presence, and embodiment are what we are all craving and are attracted to, and we want you to have an opportunity to live more into that way of being.

This workshop is limited to 40 participants. Please RSVP above and buy your tix to save your spot. This workshop will likely sell out, so we recommend getting your tickets now.

Cost: $20
