Have you ever wondered what happens in your brain during
meditation? Dustin DiPerna and Sean Dae Houlihan will lead a hands-on evening
of actual meditation practice, along with a play-by-play neuroscientific
explanation. Dustin, a prominent meditation teacher in the Bay, will guide a
series of practices to give each of us the opportunity to explore the influence
of meditation on specific aspects of our conscious experience. Dae, a cognitive
neuroscience PhD student at MIT, will speak to what is known about the neural
bases of these different meditative experiences by overviewing how meditation
interacts with the neural networks involved in attention, emotion and
self-referential processes. The session will give you an unprecedented
opportunity to experience the emerging union of cutting-edge science and
innovative meditation instruction.
Following the talk, Dustin and Dae will lead small group
discussions during our breakout session. The breakout session is a chance for
small groups to gather around specific topics of interest. To share ideas,
explore collaborations, and deeply connect.

Meriana Dinkova has created SEX MAGIC, a monthly workshop
series in which we will share and play with some conceptual and technical tools
designed to strengthen our erotic presence, deepen awareness, and enhance
pleasure & connection during an erotic or sexual encounter.
To each meeting I will be also bringing different co-
facilitators- speakers, sexuality experts and workshop leaders from related
areas.
We are excited to open our toolboxes, which we have
created in many years of studying and practicing a variety of approaches to
influencing, attuning and aligning mind and body. We are also curious what new
tools will come to life through your participation. There is a Sex Magician in
every one of us.
SEX MAGIC is a combination of external techniques and
internal practices. Most of them are aimed at heightening our ability to feel
into the intricacies of our experience, to influence it’s quality and to
strengthen our presence. We will also show some of its uses in uncovering,
evoking and embodying erotic archetypes. They can be valuable and exciting
allies for heightening sensitivity, strengthening awareness, sexual healing and
for widening the range of erotic play.
This event is meant to be a laboratory for diving deeper
into the fabric of human experience and the energies of intention, bliss and
presence. We will experiment with different ways of using these energies as
vehicles for consciousness exploration.
Through lecture, sharing and exploratory exercises, we
will journey on a discovery process that will deepen our erotic self and
strengthen our ability to use different aspects of our consciousness to bring
more awareness, richness and pleasure in our life.
Come solo or with a partner, but come prepared to
discover new ways to make your experience magical!

Classic will again launch the festivities and fill the skies of Windsor,
California, with color and light! The 2016 Hot Air Balloon Classic is a two-day
event at Keiser Park in Windsor that begins early Saturday, June 18th, and
continues Sunday, June 19th.
One of the
most spectacular sights during the Hot Air Balloon Classic is the Dawn Patrol .
These early risers begin their weekend mornings before daylight to launch at
5:00 AM. Dedicated balloon pilots use heat to fill their balloons during the
dark morning, making for a breathtaking sight. For those who consider 5:00 AM
too early and have not yet risen, many more balloons lift off during the Main
Launch at 6:30 AM. While the balloons fly overhead, the park will be host to
food, music, and crafts vendors who turn out to serve spectators and enjoy the

Welcome to the second year of the Yoga Festival in Morgan
Hill, a fun filled experience for the whole family, with games, exercises, yoga
stretches and music!
Held on June 25-th, YogaFEST is an all-out celebration of
living in sync with body-mind and soul. We bring together an amazing group of
yoga & meditation instructors, incredible musical performers, artists,
chefs and culinary experts, and wellness experts for kids all in the center of
Morgan Hill! Come, meet your locals, and make friends within your community. We
also have fun stalls to stroll by, shop for apparel & accessories; indulge
in popsicles and get henna tattoos!

Tantra and Qi Gong

Join us for a blissful day in the Redwoods Forest for a
grounded and heart-opening experience of connecting with yourself, nature and
others through the practices of Tantra and Qi Gong. We will awaken the Life
Force Energy, increase our sensitivity to our own experience and the world
around us and connect deeply to nature. And from that place of grounded
presence we will connect to our friends and partners. Practicing the art of
sacred connection in nature is a real treat. We get to open up to all of the
existence in Mama Nature's most perfect playground - the Redwoods.
We will weave energy awareness and grounding practices of
Qi Gong with sacred connection and heart opening practices of Tantra for a day
of expansion, growth and coming home to the Self.
We will bring snacks, but please bring your own lunch and
water. The weather can vary, so dress in layers. Also please bring a blanket
that can be placed on the ground.
