The Essence of Tantra; A journey of breath, movement & music

Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM PDT

Aerial Artique
132 9th Street
#302
San Francisco, CA

Pleasure is medicine. It is a way for us to release our trauma & that which doesn't serve our higher-self. It is an invitation to be fully present with the boundless beauty of each moment; whether we are alone or gathered, there is such pleasure in the present moment.

There are many practices that can illuminate that richness of presence; in this workshop we will be exploring energetic orgasm, music, & movement.

Introduction to energetic orgasm:

We will begin with a guided journey to release energetic blockages through exploring our own energetic touch & vocal expression. This approach is a very profound tantric technique of energy orgasm & cathartic release. Through our orgasmic sensory experience we go back to our cell memory, to our true essence as a being in this realm. This brings spiritual expansion, opens the doors to our highest potential, wholeness, emotional freedom ...

We will also be exploring liberation through creative movement, expressive dance & music, our soundtrack will be a sensual set by local musician Arula featuring Soma Vibrations & special guests.

*** Please note & understand that there will be no nudity or sex at this event. We are passionate about this subject material & undoing the taboos often associated with sensuality, orgasm, sexuality...

DakhaBrakha at Freight & Salvage

Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 8 PM – 11 PM

Freight & Salvage
2020 Addison St,
Berkeley, California

DakhaBrakha is world music quartet from Kiev, Ukraine. Reflecting fundamental elements of sound and soul, Ukrainian "ethno-chaos" band DakhaBrakha, create a world of unexpected new music.

The name DakhaBrakha is original, outstanding and authentic at the same time. It means "give/take" in the old Ukrainian language. Accompanied by Indian, Arabic, African, Russian and Australian traditional instrumentation, the quartet's astonishingly powerful and uncompromising vocal range creates a trans-national sound rooted in Ukrainian culture.

Live Soundtrack for "Earth": In addition to their own performances, DakhaBrakha also performs their original live soundtrack alongside a screening of the classic 1930 film, "Earth", by Aleksandr Dovzhenko (considered to be one of the most important films of the Soviet era). Dovzhenko is a master of composition, and the film—with its intense close-ups and the impressive expanses of the landscape—is a passionate tribute to the countryside, to nature, and to the people that work on it.

Neoshamanism: Transformational Journey Through Arctic Sound with Olox

Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM PDT

The Center SF
548 Fillmore Street
San Francisco, CA

Olox is a musical collaboration that integrates traditional shamanic traditions from the arctic circle with modern electronic music and world rhythms. Bringing together ancient roots with modern music creates a bridge that is both uniquely transformative and reconnecting. This workshop will emerge you into practices that have been used by first peoples to attain altered states and communicate with the spirit world. Drawing from the deep ceremony of the Sakha people of the far north, the ceremonial journey will move through the three worlds: The Lower, the Middle and the Higher.

FIRST PART – The Lower World
Forces from the lower world are pervasive in our planet and threaten to destroy us from within and without. Sounds of the Lower World are used to release people from fear, grief, illnesses, hatred, and cruelty. Forces from the Middle and Higher Worlds are called upon through ritual and ceremony to aid in this powerful release.
A. Fumigation and purifying the space and asking the blessings from Spirit of the Fire – Khatan Temieriye.
B. People seat or lie on with closed eyes on the mats and OLOX goes to the audience place and makes the sound healing with shamanic drums. Each sound produced by Zarina and Andreas depends on people’s energy.

SECOND PART – The Middle World
The Middle World is intended for people and spirits. The sounds of the Middle World fill with virtue & love, the whole Universe and are in harmony with nature.
A. Reindeer breathing exercises.
B. Finding totemic animal and trying to imitate animals and birds sounds and to produce own sounds
C. Improvisation with audience

THIRD PART – The Higher World
Higher Overhead World is light and clean, it is a monastery of 9 Deity's each one of them responsible for the different problems of humans. The Deity's are called to harmonize the relations of people and nature in these struggles. The sounds of the Higher world assist art, wisdom, awareness enlightenment connection, help's people, to free themselves from prejudices and that which is artificial in the world.
A. Kylysakh sakha traditional singing technic
B. People create a circle, they dance and sing Osuokhai at the same time. This performance is the unifying all people. Every summer Sakha people celebrate a Solstice in June. During this event all the people and guests dance and sing Osuokhai creating the sacral circle. The main idea of Osoukhai is getting energy from Deity of Overhead world).
C. A little wild dance with people breaks the inner blocks and the whole tribe becomes as one
D. Before conclusion people lie on and fall into meditative sound to release their problems and worries

She is a life coach, inspirational speaker, licensed spiritual practitioner, certified Intentional Creativity® teacher and former nationally-recognized health care business lawyer.

Beginning at an early age, Tina lived through significant life challenges, including sibling incest, multiple rapes, chronic health challenges and a unhealthy marriage that she finally left in 1994. In 2011, she experienced a life-changing head injury and completely re-imagined how to live her life.

Instead of being a victim, Tina has consistently chosen to use life as a learning lab for her personal and spiritual growth, always guided by the compass of her own heart. These choices helped her become the joy-filled, hope-inspiring, open-hearted woman she is today.

Whatever your story or wherever you are on your path, Tina guides you to trust your own wisdom so that you can remember these essential truths: If you’re breathing, you’re worthy. If you’re here, you belong. Your presence matters.

The workshop is designed to be a safe place for you to explore your inner world, as well as your connections with others. Our focus on Love, Intimacy and Sexuality provides fertile ground for self-discovery, and true intimacy with others in a non-sexual context.

For some who come to their first HAI workshop, they may not be able to identify anything specifically wrong with their lives, but just that something’s missing. You come to your first workshop full of who you have always been, and for most of us there is a sense that “there must be something more than this.” There must be a deeper, richer something—but it is elusive. We catch glimpses, whiffs and moments. We bring with us our hopes, our pain, even our undoing, and our very real sense of knowing underneath we feel there is something more.

We come and we listen and then we begin to share, answering questions we have perhaps not spoken out loud into a truly listening ear. We begin to listen to others in a way that makes little inroads into our own possibilities—something inside has a new, stronger voice—sometimes it cries, sometimes it laughs and sometimes it comes with a shiny new idea about how we might live. Perhaps it is true that there is a miracle inside the decision to love and we begin to follow a thread, a rope, a path, and then a road.

Along this road we find others that have sought something more. We begin to explore that elusive longing and find ourselves in the embrace of other like-minded humans. Then, we grow in the warmth of a community coming together to be the loving human family we all long for.

In your Connecting in Love workshop, we invite you to be both empowered, and naked. Naked in both your body, and your emotions. What if there were truly nothing in the way? See more on why we invite you to be naked.

The openings are some extravagant mix of inner looking and soft landing places. We begin to breathe deeper and our hearts quiver on the edge of true tenderness and understanding. At first it feels just vaguely familiar and then this openness begins to feel like where we truly want to live.

You will have the opportunity to:
·         Discover you are beautiful and lovable, just as you are.
·         Let go of fear and shame that can block love and intimacy
·         Practice speaking and listening from your heart
·         Accept and love your body, as it is today
·         Change habits and patterns that no longer serve you
·         Feel the support of loving community
·         Take risks, have fun, change your life
