Santa Cruz, CA

Learn 22 Tantra Techniques that will transform your sexual love life into one of ecstatic pleasure, harmony and deep emotional connection! No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. There is no nudity in the seminar. The at-home Saturday night practice is optional.

Tantra: The Art of Conscious Loving seminars provide the education we never had and always needed in order to have wonderful, real and lasting love, and to rediscover the full potential of our sexual energy. "Rather than a "touchy-feely" course about sex, Tantra: The Art of Conscious Loving is a spiritual yet practical guide to being present and intimate with the most important person in your life. Sure there was a lot of discussion of sex, but only in the context of celebrating yourself, your partner, your love and of life itself... this should be required learning for all people."

Have you ever felt there must be something more to sexual loving? In just a few days, you will discover the ancient secrets of female and male sexual ecstasy. You will learn to use sexual energy for increased intimacy, spiritual connection, pleasure, harmony and freedom. Turn sex into a relationship practice of healing energy, renewal and transformation.

Are you tired of chasing weak orgasms? Women can experience longer, deeper, faster and more powerful orgasms. Men can orgasm without tiring ejaculations. You can tap into an endless, spontaneous flow of creative, love energy.

In Ancient India, Tantric sex was taught as an art form that every conscious person must master. Now you can learn these ancient and proven skills translated as a 21st century art form and experience harmonious, joyful union.

No explicit sexual activity or nudity takes place in class; optional homeplay is assigned.

Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 7 PM - 8:30 PM

105 Wisteria Way,
Mill Valley, CA 94941-4138

If you self-identify as living, expressing, and experiencing life in a male body then join me and others as we practice being human in this male form.

For some people, dance is the most immediate, powerful way to give form to unconscious contents. The core of the movement experience is the sensation of moving and being moved. Ideally, both are present in the same instant. It is a moment of total awareness, the coming together of what I am doing and what is happening to me.

How can I meet what I’m noticing?

Open Floor Movement practice is the embodied exploration of the weave of our subjective experience through dance for building muscular and emotional intelligence, mindfulness and soulfulness. No experience necessary.

Join us for the practice!

We all have that voice that chimes in to try and belittle us just when we are feeling on top of our game, and then tries to get us while we are knocked down. In this workshop, we will get to know that inner critic and also introduce it's counterpart: the wise mind. The more we can become familiar with these parts of ourselves, the more we can learn to befriend them and give that critical voice less power so that we can shift into our more compassionate, wise mind. Join us for a creative exploration and investigation of our minds!

We will be using different art modalities as well as some sharing to help bring ourselves up & our communities!

The Center SF
548 Fillmore Street
San Francisco, CA 94117

Enter the Sonic Womb. Immerse yourself in timeless and expansive soundscapes where angelic harmonies, soulful rhythms and heartfelt tones lead you back home.

A Sound Journey with Gabriel Logan Braun is a healing journey of mindfulness and movement. It's a dynamic and improvisational expression in response to what’s needed in the room to create a deeply healing and restorative experience for the participants.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Gabriel uses loop pedals, his voice, flutes, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, percussion, harmonium and guitar to create a unique melding of sounds for people to relax, de-stress, harmonize and embrace the depth of our sacred inner-world.

From his angelic tones to soulful beat boxing, Gabriel’s heartfelt and earthy sound comes through his music to create experiences for people to celebrate the human spirit. By creating timeless and expansive soundscapes where there is nothing for the mind to hold onto, this allows for participants to really let go and unwind from their day. At times, light percussive vocal rhythms and harmonies are interwoven to create a feeling of containment and safety which allows the mind to better focus, the body to relax and the nervous system to return to homeostasis.

Create an inner harmony, love and self-acceptance within ourselves.

The 3 Keys to Opening Your Relationship Without Tears

Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM PDT

Iron Giant Loft
1080 23rd Ave
Oakland, CA

Curious about ethical non-monogamy, but already in a relationship you don't want to lose? Ready to open your relationship and your heart, but want to make sure you avoid as many ‟newbie mistakes” as you can?

The benefits of practicing non-monogamy are exciting... and the potential pitfalls can make polyamory and other forms of open relating seem intimidating to even the most rock-solid partnerships. Sex, intimacy, and relationship coach (and veteran polyamorist!) Alex S. Morgan shares the three keys to successfully opening an existing relationship so that you can begin your adventures from a solid foundation, using practices that will help all of your relationships thrive.

In this 90-minute workshop, we'll cover:

·         How to overfill your partner's love tank using communication strategies that keep you focused on what works in your relationship
·         The five ingredients that will help you and your partners apologize to each other in ways the other can hear
·         Four questions that will guide you and your sweetie toward shared expectations before you open your relationship
·         How to develop realistic relationship agreements that grow with you on your journey
·         Navigating relationships with your partner's partners
·         The biggest cause of jealousy—and how to proactively minimize it

Come smooth out your learning curve and learn the three keys to exploring open relationships in a way that nourishes your existing relationships, while teaching you relationship skills you can use to level up across all of your connections.

This workshop is focused on partnerships transitioning to open relationships and polyamory; much of the material applies to triads and people practicing solo polyamory as well, but the unique challenges of solo polyamory will be covered in an upcoming workshop.

If you'd like to come early and connect with folks, we'll have optional socializing time (potluck welcome) from 6:30 - 7 PM. The workshop starts at 7 PM.

On Monday, August 21, 2017, all of North America will be treated to an eclipse of the sun. Anyone within the path of totality can see one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights – a total solar eclipse. This is the first time since 1918 that a total eclipse will cross the entire United States.

This path, where the moon will completely cover the sun and the sun’s tenuous atmosphere – the corona – can be seen, will stretch from Lincoln Beach, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina. Observers outside this path will still see a partial solar eclipse where the moon covers part of the sun’s disk. Always use eye protection when viewing an eclipse.

This map shows the globe view of the path of totality for the August 21, 2017 total solar eclipse. The best viewing on the west coast is near Corvallis, Oregon with the Bay Area being in the 76% totality swatch.

For San Francisco, the eclipse starts at 9:01am with the maximum phase (76%) at 10:15am with the eclipse ending at 11:37am.

You never want to look directly at the sun without appropriate protection except during totality. That could severely hurt your eyes. However, there are many ways to safely view an eclipse of the sun including direct viewing – which requires some type of filtering device and indirect viewing where you project an image of the sun onto a screen. Both methods should produce clear images of the partial phase of an eclipse.

Check with local science museums, schools and astronomy clubs for eclipse glasses—or purchase an ISO 12312-2 compliant and CE certified pair of these special shades.

Indigenous Medicine Ceremony with Hikuri

August 19 –20, 2017 (Saturday – Sunday)

San Jose, California

Indigenous Hikuri (peyote) Ceremony in the Bay Area August 19th-20th.

Guided by Grandmother Chicahuaxochitl from Jalisco, sun dancer, medicine woman, and Indigenous healer who has been working with the medicine for over 25 years.

This is a Connecting and Healing process through Grandfather Hikuri (peyote) and also a Biological Decoding aimed at healers, people with chronic degenerative diseases and anyone who wishes to heal their mind, body, and spirit.

The abuela and our other support in California have complete documents which make our ceremony entirely legal under religious pretext.

The hikuri is medicine and not a drug.

What is Hikuri? It is native tongue for a Medicine Power Plant that has historical significance for being used by our ancestors dating back to the Aztecas. Commonly known as peyote. Tribes from northern america have been in hikuri ceremonies for over thousands of years, introduced by more southern tribes people. Peyote is not addictive and it is impossible to over-dose using it. Some physical properties from peyote are that it is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, alkalinizes our body, and is anti-parastic.

Anyone interested in participating will go through an interview.

Space is limited, please contact Liz via text message or phone call for more information and to hold a space. 1(408)881-3672
