Wash yourself in a sound bath with didgeridoo, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American buffalo drum, hand pan, tampura, and voice! After a brief introduction to sound healing, we will do pranayama and breath meditation to drop into our bodies. The next step will be to open and tune our chakras with toning and enter the Theta healing state via trance drumming. In the trance drumming, we will engage in improvised chant and tone to set and create a group harmonic field.

Then, settle in for a deeply healing experience as Emile and Amber blow healing energy into your bodies and hearts with a powerful indigenous Australian instrument, the didgeridoo. We will close with group toning with Tibetan bowls and hand pan to keep us in the Theta healing state.

Benefits:
Didgeridoos have a large amount of bass, which helps move energy in muscles and bones. Because they fluctuate in pitch, they are very good for breaking up stuck energy. The didgeridoo is extremely effective for helping digestion problems and harmonizing organs, chakras, and auras. They are also a great aid in grounding. Trance drumming, overtones, Tibetan bowls, and didgeridoo all allow people to access the theta brainwave state, which is a portal to oneness and enhanced creativity. In theta, one is able to open and access the subconscious, higher states of consciousness, and dream states. In short, the theta state allows for deep healing!
