Claiming your body is a female only event for those who
want to have better understanding how sex, sensuality and sexuality are present
and in conjunction with the sexual organ structure i.e. your clitoris, while
you learn to develop your sexual awareness, sexual capacity and tap into your
sexual energy. This is not just a lecture but rather an experiential workshop
where getting your questions answered is the focus!

This workshop of lively discussion about sex, sexuality,
how we identify sensations through the lens of sexuality, intimacy and sexual
energy. This learning is limited to allow for an intimate group! There will be
sensation and noticing activities to see what your range of sensation and
noticing may be within your body. Experiential processes can be done alone or
with a partner. The focus is on addressing reconnecting and identifying the
causes of disconnection and at the same time inviting surrender through
vulnerability and awakening aliveness in the body. Optional clitoral and vaginal
viewing at the end for those wanting more.
