Let's do some dehydrating! Healthy Nutrition Workshop

Juliya Novot and Natasha Madsen are hosting a workshop on dehydration.

There are many wonderful ways to use the dehydrator:
1. You can make many varieties of crackers out of seeds, sprouted grains and juice pulp.
2. You can dry fruits, vegetables and nuts.
3. You can use it to warm up raw dishes.
4. You can make fruit roll-ups, chips, granola and other delicious things.
5 You can dry herbs to make your own dried herb mixes.
6. And many other things.

We will share some tips and tricks as well as treat you with delicious dehydrated snacks. We will spend about 2-3 hours together.
