Preach is a space designed to allow you to get in deep,
intuitive relationship with your body and your bodies wisdom. As your dance
progresses your body will be preaching its truth, singing its song. Loving,
celebrating, mourning, moving...
Preach is a dance/movement therapy practice inspired by
5Rhythms and blindfolded yoga. The Preach method safely invites participants
into a uniquely introspective dance experience. Blindfolds are worn, but time
is also provided to connect with others and integrate our dance’s teachings.
If you are interested in somatic or music therapy or just
want a space to dance, Preach is for you.
Yoga mats will be provided, but bring a yoga mat or
blanket to dance on.
Cost: Donations (suggested $20).
