The meaning of puja is "to worship." After
warming up as a group, we'll practice some sweet exercises in pairs using
sound, breath, energy, and conscious touch to connect with and worship the
divine self in each of us. You can come with a partner, or find partners to do
the exercises with at the event; we'll have opportunities to switch around so
that everyone gets a chance to work with multiple partners. Come taste the
delights that this simple Tantric ritual offers.
Open to singles, couples, triads, etc... and people of
all genders. This workshop is fully clothed.
