Give yourself a whole day of relaxation and renewal!
It begins in our beautiful meditation garden with a
gentle form of Qigong movements, connecting to the serenity and beauty all
around which then naturally allows for unwinding from the tensions of daily
life. This will be followed by an organic box lunch from Fork Roadhouse. The
afternoon time will include a healing cedar enzyme foot bath, your choice of a
luxurious 75-minute massage or organic facial and a sound therapy session in
our field of hammocks. A retreat day dedicated to deep nourishment.
