This meeting we will learn a very cleaver tool to help you reinforce your New Year’s resolution. I will help you create your Personal Affirmation.
You'll learn how to acknowledge and work with the Conscious mind (Thinking mind -> the Feeling mind (our emotional... subconscious mind)-> and the body (actual way it makes our body feel; the Sensation) the feelings tend to cleanse right out.
Along with unblocking the anxious feeling, you get the clarity and answers that may have been eluding you.
This can be used to help you through the day to day challenges as well as cleansing memories from your past.
In some cases, tapping helps you over the hurdle but may not be necessary for every feeling you experience.
We usually have a live demonstration so if you would like a session or if you would like to watch one before you experience one yourself, these are always valuable.
