With the support of community, we will drop into silence and into our bodies.  Guided practices will include:
* Awareness of the Breath
* Sitting Meditation
* Loving Kindness Meditation
* Body Scanning as developed by Jon Kabat -Zinn
* Mindful Movement (Qigong & Gentle Stretching)
* Eating Meditation à la Thich Nhat Hanh
* Walking Meditation

Cost: $50 -$100 (sliding scale)
