In this workshop for beginners, we will cover the fundamental concepts of AcroYoga, such as proper body mechanics, core containment, spotting, and counter-balancing.
AcroYoga will challenge and strengthen your sense of balance, coordination, and body awareness in a way that really lets your yoga practice really take flight! No experience necessary, just a willingness to do amazing new things and have some fun!
