BODY MUDRA is a unique movement conditioning workshop that focuses on strength-building, energetic awareness, and floor work transitions, to help movers of all kinds access new and different pathways of expression. Body Mudra is rooted in my training background in Shiva Rea's Prana Flow methodology, and blends this evolutionary style of vinyasa with fun ass-kicking conditioning drills and easily-digestible combinations that have evolved directly through my own intuitive movement practice. We'll explore spinal waves, muscle isolations, momentum, and level changes, and dive deep into healthy alignment to keep our bodies happy while we challenge ourselves...and we'll do it all to pretty much sexiest soundtrack you'll hear in a yoga class ever.
This workshop requires no formal dance background, however, prior vinyasa yoga experience is highly recommended! And if you have sensitive knees, definitely bring knee pads!
