Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM PDT

San Francisco, CA

With the Jewish New Year around the corner, the entire month before Rosh Hashana, Elul, is a 29-day invitation to return towards your inner self, to forgive the past, and to recommit to your living your biggest life.

This one-day retreat is designed to help you discover ways to live in better alignment with yourself and the natural world. We believe this type of personal work is only made stronger with community, so we invite you to join us, and gather with a group of other badass women who are doing this important personal work.

Hear from brilliant women - spiritual teachers and educators and gather with a group of women who are on their own journey's, too.
·         Maayan Ivgi, a Holistic Therapist practicing Rebirthing (Breathwork therapy), Ayurveda and yoga. She will lead a breathwork session.
·         Julie Podair, our Chef, is an explorer with a knack for science and a passion for cooking. She seeks to help others in finding contentment through food, flavors, and conversation.
·         Sarah Waxman, dance enthusiast, Torah text study geek, and founder of At The Well, a women's wellness organization rooted in Jewish wisdom

About the breath practice: Holotropic Breathing uses a distinct form of conscious breathing and relaxation to gently release the accumulated baggage of tensions, resistances, harmful emotional patterns and suppressed memories. This simple, yet powerful technique offers a natural way to manage stress and disengage behavioral patterns by putting trust in the healing power of our own breath.

This event is open to all women, no matter age, body, race, religious affiliation, or sexual orientation. Lunch included.

Cost: $36
