Can mindfulness and meditation help you become happier, healthier and smarter? Researchers are finding positive effects on the brain function, as a result of consistent meditative practices. Additional benefits include stress reduction, lower blood pressure, increased productivity, and improved communication.

Come join SV Wellness for an intimate event in the brand-new temple. Masha will play the sound bowl and guide a healing meditation. Then we will mediate in silence for 20 minutes.

MEDITATION STARTS PROMPTLY AT 8 PM. Please be mindful and not disturb the meditation once it begins.

7:30-8:00 PM Arrival and Introduce ourselves
8:00-8:10 PM Mindfulness & meditation introduction
8:10-8:15 PM Sound Bowl
8:15-8:25 PM Guided Meditation
8:25-8:45 PM Silent Insight Meditation
8:45-9:00 PM Sharing Experience & hugs
