Join somatic life coach & modern-day medicine woman,
Caity Flanagan, for an intimate & passionate exploration of the heart, love
& intimacy in all forms. This workshop is will be an embodied journey and
direct experience of about somatic practices, earth-based medicine, and plant
remedies that awaken our bodies, heal our hearts, and expand our capacity for
love, intimacy, and connection with ourselves, others, and the world around us.

within yourself and with those around you.
Embodied Love is a 3-hour workshop for mixed gender
participants. There will be somatic exercises for awakening us to intimacy and
connection, lessons on herbal aphrodisiacs and plant medicine, and shamanic
& tantric journey into the heart. This culmination of practice will support
you in continuing to cultivate a deeper sense of love and embodiment.
Participants will also have the chance to imbibe in a beautiful, heart-opening
tea and cacao elixir as a part of this sacred circle!
