Contact Improvisation Workshop with Karin Moriarty

The two-hour workshop will emphasize balance, core
awareness and imagery work. You will be guided to surrender to the healing
aspects of the form while enjoying moving and letting your mind take a back
seat.
Free-Form Dance with Anne Caswell
8pm to 10pm
An improvisational "barefoot boogie" style
dance with an eclectic array of music.
