Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10 AM - 4:30 PM

Shambhala Meditation Center
1231 Stevenson St,
San Francisco, CA

The most RADICAL (and revolutionary) thing a woman can do is accept herself!

In this daylong meditation retreat, for self-identified women of all ages, we will focus our meditation practice on cultivating Compassion and Radical Self-Acceptance. Together we will explore the fundamentals of mindfulness, loving kindness and compassion through sitting meditation, movement, relational and creative practices, and of course, connection with other women.

Our focus will be to open our hearts to ourselves and to get curious about what gets in our way of fully loving and accepting ourselves. We will explore new narratives and practice letting go of whatever is keeping you stuck in a cycle of not realizing or accepting your immeasurable value and beauty. You will learn new ways to relate to the critic in your mind, bringing compassion and care to the amazing woman you are!

Please join me for what is certain to be a heart opening a day of reflection, connection, rejuvenation and meditation.

Practices and activities will include:
-mindfulness practices
-Loving kindness and compassion practices
-counsel discussion
-mindful movement
-journaling and personal reflection
-dyad relational practices
-resting
-etc.
