Join us for a sacred New Moon Cacao Ceremony and
Connection Workshop! All are welcome!
Bask in the New Moon energy, ground into your body, and
connect to your higher self with a heart-centered Cacao Ceremony. Together we
will create a mindful space for full presence and nourishment to amplify our
intentions and transformation with the guidance of cacao.
In this ceremony, we will begin with a guided meditation
to connect deeply with our hearts and tap into all that we are grateful for.
There will be time for self-reflection through journaling, as well as
connecting to other open-hearted individuals in our circle through guided
workshop exercises.
We will close with sacred songs, sound healing and
stepping into our intentions for the new year.
*What to expect*
Cacao is a plant medicine that nourishes the heart and is
often used in ceremonies to assist in awakening, connection, and inner healing.
The psychoactive ingredient theobromine that stimulates our senses is
translated to “food of the gods” for its powerful ability to connect the
recipient to their higher power and the unconditional love that is always
available to them.
*What to bring*
~Everyone is asked to bring a journal. There will be time
for journaling after the guided meditation.
~The space will have padded floors. Please bring anything
else you may need to feel comfortable sitting or lying down.
