Increasing Your Capacity for Love Workshop is focused on
expanding your awareness of various forms and levels of love, healing and
removing unconscious and energetic blocks, programming that is limiting your
ability to give and receive love, and increasing your connection with love.

Love is to us, humans, as essential as air, water, and
food—it is the energy of life. When we live from love, life is full of meaning,
and purpose. Without love, life is without meaning or purpose.
What is love, how can we describe it? It has many flavors,
some of which are not in our conscious awareness. How we love others is a
reflection of our inner world. When love comes from a pure and happy heart, it
will be different from when it comes from hurt as it will recall knowledge of
beauty.
There is romantic love that can be anything from intense
and passionate and playful to obsessive. There is familiar and affectionate
love between friends, parents and children. Then there is self-love which is
often misunderstood in
modern society as narcissism. Yet, our feelings for
others is the extension of what we feel about ourselves. When there is no love
and compassion for self, we can give no love to others. Unconditional love,
which we strive for, that which is elusive for many, is more of a state of
being vs. an emotion, as it is not attached to a person or action. And there is
much more to love...

Facilitator: Aliki Helman
Aliki is a certified Executive Coach and professional
speaker with 20+ years experience in Human Resources management, staffing, and
employee engagement. She has built employee life cycle experiences at startups
and Fortune 500 companies, including Singularity University and NeoGuide
Systems (acquired by Intuitive Surgical) to help employees and organization
flourish. She is also a certified SPHR and holds an M.S. in Education and
Chemistry from Pedagogical University in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Aliki recently founded Leap2Genius, which helps people
connect with a bigger, evolutionary mission. Through workshops and individual
coaching, she guides leaders, teams, and organizations to activate their unique
genius and expand their mindset to open a different paradigm of what is
possible. She has presented at events, conferences, and universities, including
Singularity, Stanford and Santa Clara Universities.
