Join us for this unique experience to get a taste of the
healing powers of Ayurveda and Acupuncture. You will get a hands-on one-on-one
treatment from three of our experts in a communal setting. This event will show
you just how powerful these ancient healing modalities are in calming and
grounding the mind while relaxing the body. You will leave this healing session
feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will have a few minutes dedicated to
Pranayama (breathwork) at the beginning, and we will conclude the session with
a short group meditation.
