Looking for practice connecting with yourself and others?
Want to develop your ability to name your feelings and better separate them
from the stories in your head?
T-Group is an invitation to dip below the surface of your
interactions and reveal what is actually happening Right Now in the space
between you and another person. The practice allows you to make discoveries
about your habitual, unconscious patterns in relationship, and it offers you
the rare opportunity to receive feedback about the responses you elicit from
others. With this awareness and skill, you become a catalyst for vulnerable
communication, intimate connection, and group cohesion.
Crystallin Dillon is a life and leadership coach. She
holds BA and MA degrees in Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University and
completed certification as a Master Practitioner at NLP Marin. She is the
founder of the Bay Area T-Group Community, and offers a wide variety of weekly
