The theme of this event is "Calibrate." With
the use of sound, Reiki and conscious food, we hope to help all to "tune
into" themselves and promote a sense of inner peace and alignment.
The evening will begin with a grounding sound bath and
group Reiki session facilitated by Paulyn and Cindy. Each guest will receive a
few minutes of hands-on energy healing followed by an open discussion about the
experience. Afterwards, a conscious meal will be served by Adriane (with
love!).
A quick description of Reiki and the practitioners:
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that promotes
the natural ability for the body to heal itself. During a session, this may
feel like heat, cooling or a deep sense of relaxation.
Paulyn Nguyen is a yoga, meditation and Reiki
practitioner based in San Jose. Through teaching, she hopes to empower others
to become their own healer.
Cindy Võ, a queer multi-dimensional artist, and
facilitator of healing is the creator of You Are Magik based in the heart of
her hometown, San Jose. You Are Magik is dedicated to the holistic healing
arts, integrative bodywork, internal alchemy, and offers practical tools to
ignite one's inner power.
Adriane Gil is a Holistic Esthetician at Skin Deep
Vitaliy, turned Biohacker who utilizes all of Earth's medicines, to create
heaven on Earth, through education and practice. Helping you raise your
frequency and vitality through holistic healing solutions.

blanket to keep yourself warm and comfortable.
