Maria and Studio Anthurium invite you to 1.5 hours of
relaxation, connection to yourself, meditation and just a feminine time!
"Dance, Breathe, Listen"
During the workshop you will:
- relax, slow down and just enjoy the time that we
dedicate to ourselves;
- dance, stretch and possibly try a free movement;
- awaken our inner-self through the stillness, breathing
and listening to ourselves;
- accumulate our energy into a deep reservoir that is
inside each of us, through meditation;
- spend a fun, playful, full of light and smiles, time in
a safe and cozy atmosphere!
Candles, Palo santo, essential oils, crystals and singing
bowl are gonna be with us:)!
You can dedicate this bright, beautiful Sunday Morning to
yourself, feel the flow of your internal beauty and get to connect to yourself
a little bit better! You deserve it!
Preferably, bring a long skirt. We meet barefoot, or
comfortable soft-soles shoes.
