Everyone needs the comfort of physical touch—studies show that we can’t live without it. And there is nothing like the profound healing that intentional, sympathetic touch can give to both the giver and receiver of a good massage. Move beyond words to deepen your bond with others and the power of your own healing potential with expert Shai Plonski, founder of Still Light Centre School of Thai Massage.

The art of compassionate physical connection through massage, yoga, and meditation is an immediate way to relieve tension, ease pain, and be more deeply understanding and close to your loved ones. Any two people can come to this workshop—romantic partners, family members, friends—to expand your understanding of the necessity and benefits of loving touch for everyone.
