Gather in a welcoming and supportive community event led
by yoga teacher Erika van Gemeren accompanied by sound healer Amber Field. Join
us for this beautiful evening of yoga + live music + a room lit by candlelight.
Amber was featured in San Francisco Magazine's Best of the Bay for live music
in yoga classes. They play flute, didgeridoo, drums, strings, and sing like an
angel.
Be prepared for a gentle flow with hands-on alignment.
Bathe in the love and support of healing sounds in a beautiful community.
Didgeridoo sound healings over people's hearts during the restorative poses!
All levels welcome! Complimentary tea served afterwards. Feel free
to bring a yummy dish for a potluck afterwards. We often have delicious food
and sweet community sharing after class.
