The course begins with two days of formal instruction:
Friday, December 1, 2017 • 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, December 2, 2017 •10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

By the end of the two days, you will be fully equipped with the technique and understanding to practice on your own each day with extraordinary benefit.
