This light and sound healing session aims to produce a
deep meditative state of self-reflection through audible and visually induced
brain entrainment.
Sequences of flickering light encourage the production of
brainwaves in the theta range that corresponds to a hypnogogic, lucid and
trance-like state. Behind closed eye lids, this phenomenon induces an awe
inspiring geometric, mandala-like imagery.
This is accompanied by harmonized quartz crystal singing
bowls that are tuned to resonate at specific frequencies and guide you into a
deep liminal meditation.
