HOT Jazz & Swing Night — a Best Bet to start off your
weekend swinging!
Dress for the occasion (or come as you are) and join us
for a nostalgic night of swinging music and dancing with Kylan DeGhetaldi and
the HOT Jazz Swing Ensemble.
Since 2016, drummer and band leader Tom Leitzke has been
bringing together co-host DeGhetaldi and other talented performers for a night
of “retro nouveau” Jazz Age Music — “a blend of vintage popular swing music and
postmodern style arrangements. The infectiously danceable, family-friendly
event, attracts swing dancers and jazz aficionados of all ages, from throughout
the Bay Area” — Santa Cruz Sentinel
DeGhetaldi solidified his extraordinary talent and
energetic style performing with Postmodern Jukebox nationally and abroad.
Doors at 6:00pm, music starts at 6:30pm. This is a non
cover event, but a suggested contribution of $5 or more for these amazing
musicians is appreciated. This event also features singers Jen Karno, Jeannie
Liu and Stella D’Oro.
