Empathic Yoga at Home: Let's Laugh!

Laughter yoga is a light-hearted and very effective way to laugh your way into a brighter day. A quick pick - me - up to change your mood, boost your immune system. Try it, it's super fun!

Laughter truly is the best medicine. In this short 10 - 15 minute, but very effective class, you'll be lead through a series of community connecting exercises to promote voluntary laughter.

But you'll soon see that the voluntary laughter turns to real laughter and that's when the body starts to heal and the mind releases anxiety and fear.  Whether it's real or fake, the body feels the same physiological and psychological effects of laughter. So either way, you'll benefit.

Yoga by Ranya believes yoga is the discipline of an intentional, ever-unfolding, and always observing the practice of being in the world. The lessons on the mat reveal how the body moves, where the mind wanders, or what the spirit intuits providing a glimpse into one's personal truth. And as a result, to recognize and ultimately release the ego.

It is my deepest, heartfelt hope that each student connects to their own radiant light and peace within or Ātman. And to recognize their divine selves as a part of the eternal frequency of the Universe, namely, love.
