We are going to do set of exercises and practices that
help to open up the Second chakra, which is responsible for our pleasures,
sexuality, creativity, abundance in life. Using movement, meditation, healing
touch, balancing emotions, and energy work we will be relieving the body of
tensions and stress.

In our society we have so many different views about sex.
Some cultures are very open to it, others are opposite and can’t even talk
about this topic. Sadly, we can hear very often a lot of negativity about sex.
And the truth is, that we, people, made this amazing pure energy sound dirty
and shameless. Every single being on this planet is a product of sex.
Our first sexual experience plays a major role for the
rest of sexual life. A lot of people can’t enjoy sex with their partner, very often
they lose interest after some time, many of them would love to bring the spark
back but do not know how. Many people live with shame about their sexuality,
can’t enjoy it and other things in their life. Sometimes one bad sexual
experience can seriously affect how we feel and show up in other areas of life.
When people live with this baggage in their heads and do nothing about it,
later these thoughts, feelings and perception might transfer into diseases such
as infertility, urinary diseases, impotence, prostate problems, uterine
fibroids and many others.
Fortunately, every person has a chance to change it.
After we have healed a lot of our sexual traumas we are here to help others.
