Starting Saturday morning at 9:00am, we will take a trip
from the Music Concourse at The Spreckles Temple of Music heading along John F.
Kennedy, around Stow Lake, and back to the Concourse, for 4.20 miles of
exercise before The Event!
Event is located in Music Concourse area.
You can Walk, Jog, Skate, or Ride the 4.20 miles!
After the 4.20-mile course, join us at The Music
Concourse Bandshell, where we will have a Yoga cool-down as well as Qi Gong led
by former Heisman Trophy Winner and NFL great Ricky Williams.
We will then have 2.5 hours of Beer Tasting sponsored by
Lagunitas from 11am to 1:30pm, TONS of industry exhibitors, live beats,
educational speeches, and much more! Event at Golden Gate Park ends at 2pm.
