Presence & Play: Meditation and Healing Through Improvisation

Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 7 PM - 9:30 PM

IntraHealth
21020 Homestead Rd, Ste 2,
Cupertino, CA

Come join us in this evening of presence and play, using meditation and comedy improvisation to access our potential, embody the way we want to show up in the world, and release anything that keeps us from expressing our truth and fullness of who we are.

Comedy Improvisation is great for:
* Awakening your creative potential and expression
* Expanding and sharpening your mind
* Feeling alive, invigorated, and inspired
* Learning how to deeply listen, be fully present and aware of yourself and others, in the body, in action
* Rekindling our childlike spirit of play, fun, joy, freedom and imagination
* Releasing inhibition around self-expression, and letting go of the inner critic
* Increasing confidence and finding your unique voice
* Working together as a team, learning about acceptance and trust, learning how to relate authentically and skillfully, and how to co-create with others

Improv is transformative on its own, and when combined with meditation and intention setting in a safe, welcoming space, we can access deep realms of the subconscious for powerful healing to take place. We can release old beliefs, patterns, wounds, and trauma that are holding us back and keeping us stuck. We can let all this go through joy and ease, with laughter and creativity, in supportive community.

We want to use our mind in clear, efficient, and creative ways, instead of being weighed down by our thoughts, believing they control and define us. With meditation and improv, we come back to our center, remember our power, and learn to use the mind as a fantastic tool in creating boundlessly and joyfully. We also practice using our intuitive compass and allowing creativity to move through us more freely.

True relationship, or overcoming the existential abyss

Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

970 Folsom St,
San Francisco, CA

You are invited for an interactive discussion with Tatiana Ginzburg
Have you ever felt tired of speed and extreme multiformity of modern life?
Do you have troubles with solving current issues and challenges?
Do you let consumption to absorb you?
Do you find yourself deep in absurdity of pragmatism?
Can you feel like you can be replaced by robot?

We invite you to discuss the extreme questions of human existence, like:
Who am I?
What is the meaning of my life?
Where shall I belong?
Trying to answer those questions by itself is already the attempt to overcome the existential abyss.
We'll try to do it together with the help of philosophy, especially the philosophy of Russian Cosmism,
Using the Charm of the Game as well as Logic and the Mind,

About Tatiana Ginzburg:

Tatiana is a Russian Psychologist, Philosopher and Game Master. She is a certified facilitator of Transformation Game and founder of PostNonClassical Science Center Russian House #1.

Woody Guthrie and Hanukkah? Who knew? Almost nobody. But in 1998 his daughter Nora discovered a trove of songs that the celebrated folksinger wrote in the 1940s. The Grammy-winning Klezmatics riff off Guthrie’s original melodies and create new tunes in this unremittingly cheerful fusion of Klezmer music and American sounds.

New-Paradigm Relationships: Expanding Love & Sexuality

Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7 PM - 9:30 PM

Santa Cruz, California

Let's de-condition our co-dependent love stories and step into a higher vibration of being, into transformational partnerships that are genuinely committed to and supportive of growth.

In this workshop, we will be approaching the subject of new-paradigm relationships as well as sexual empowerment. This requires an in-depth knowledge of how: by becoming present time focused we can access sexual energy as fuel for life and also by exploring our current paradigm of relationship, so we can ultimately build embodied pleasure into expanded consciousness and access its healing potential.

What is it we are seeking from relationships? Let's explore fears, needs and desires and how to move from disconnection into deeper love in intimate relating.

Has your heart been armored, or do you have periods where your heart is closing in relationships? Do you find similar patterns playing out in your relationships? Do you want to have more in-depth understanding of expressing needs and boundaries?

Let's find how new relationship frames can be such a beautiful space for growth, healing and also surrender into the embrace of love. Whether you are in a relationship or not, this is a step in expanding love.

In this workshop, we will discuss:
- Exploring new relationship frames and finding solutions to relationship problems
- Liberation from cultural programming
- Experience the power of truly being present, open and the ability to surrender
- How sexual energy moves through the body and how to expand your orgasmic potential
- Using sexual energy for healing and altered blissful states in the body
- How your sexual energy has the ability to access higher levels of consciousness
- The nature of projection, emotional manipulation and healing the heart
- Having difficult conversations; being authentic, accountable and moving forward while honoring your own boundaries as well as others
- How to achieve increased sexual intimacy and access its spiritual potential
- Sacred sexual pathways
