In 1874, a composer Modest Mussorgsky went to an
exhibition of his friend, an artist and architect Viktor Hartmann. It took
Mussorgsky less than a month to complete Pictures at an Exhibition, his musical
impression of Hartmann’s works. Pianist and narrator Ilya Blinov invites you on
a musical excursion. You will see and hear the Pictures and learn the stories
behind them.

65 minutes long with no intermission. It is appropriate for ages 5 and above.
