In this two-day sacred plant medicine retreat you will
experience a carefully curated combination of plant medicines intertwined with
guided somatic practices to drop you deep into the healing wisdom and creative
potential of your body. This retreat is perfect for those ready to step into
their full power and release attachments to limiting beliefs and restrictive
structures. The work that we will do in this container is conscious of how our
bodies and nervous systems store trauma and heavy emotions, and provides a safe
space to begin resolving deep emotional wounds. We will learn to heal and
empower ourselves in a gentle manner through true connection to ourselves and
others, and experience the healing power of ceremony through traditional Andean
shamanic rituals.
This package includes the following:
Pre-retreat preparation including somatic exercises to
begin cultivating a healthy mind, body, soul connection.
Lodging and healthy vegetarian meals for the duration of
the retreat.
2 days (Saturday and Sunday) of ritual and ceremony.
