Come and join us in a shared practice exploring medicated
movement paired with the pulses of the cosmos.
This next Mirage Moon Yoga meet up will be facilitated by
Nina Parks and Ericka Kelly of Karma & Kurls
The Full Moon is a time to release expectations to
outcomes and to celebrate all the effort since the last full moon. This Full
Moon is special, not only is it a Blue Moon, the rare occurrence of having two
full moons in one month but January 31st also brings a full moon eclipse known
as a Blood Moon all in the fiery sign of Leo, it's a powerful and sensual
energy that can get away from us if we don't practice harnessing it. Ericka
will guide the meet up through movements to build and strength our core,
followed by a meditation to help us manifest our authentic selves.
We have two amazing sponsors for this event. Chemistry
will be educating about the basics of cannabis effects and Isso SF will be
there to explore the wonders of aromatherapy.
**Cannabis is always optional to participants. There will
be staff to recommend and educate on dosage & strains. All consultations
and services provided by Mirage Medicinal for qualified patients and adults.
