We're kicking off the year with a sound bath at Local
Color, where we can harmonize and shift into our highest vibrations together as
a commUnity in our favorite creative space in downtown San Jose.

utilizing 432hz alchemical gemstone singing bowls, 6 planetary and elemental

One thing CSJ loves about Sound Healing is that all
bodies and abilities have full freedom to participate! You don't have to
actually do anything but absorb the sound to receive the benefits. Bring your mats,
pillows, blankets, or any props you like to have to find your comfiest
meditative position. The sound is here for you, and we encourage you to take it
in the way that feels best for you! This is a great way to try meditation if
you are newer to the practice, as the sound helps put us into a meditative and
healing space.
