studies of dance.
Biodanza uses music, expressive movement, and authentic
connection to create experiences of joy and aliveness. It has gained worldwide
notoriety for its promotion of both physical and psychological health when
practiced on an ongoing basis.

About the facilitators:
Belisa Amaro pioneered this system in the United States,
where she has been teaching since 1998. Born in São Paulo, she brings her
passionate Brazilian soul to her practice, supporting the growth and evolution
of thousands of participants and encouraging genuine connections.
Mirjam Krohne is a certified Biodanza facilitator
specialized in Biodanza for families, children, and youth as well as adults.
She has been facilitating since 2012 and is especially excited to co-host this
series with her first teacher of Biodanza, Belisa Amaro. She is said to bring
alive both the poetry and playfulness of this unique practice.
