We all want to feel joy in our relationships and to be
more kind and accepting with our intimate partners, but when unexpected
conflicts arise, these intentions can easily fall away.
Fortunately, by studying our own relationship challenges
and bringing mindfulness and intelligence to them, we can learn how conflict can
be a doorway to deeper insight, deeper connection and deeper love.
In this month’s Learn to Love, couples counselor George
Taylor will help guide couples onto a transformational path of healing and
growth. By practicing essential mindfulness and communication skills,
participants will gain concrete tools to bring more love and connection into
their relationship.
Recognizing how many of these conflicts arise from human
conditioning and experiences we had as children, we can move away from shame
and blame and move towards a deeper relationship with our partners. This model for
thriving and joyful relationships is called A Path for Couples, 10 essential
practices developed and time-tested through George’s extensive personal and
professional experience.
This workshop is designed for those in new and committed
relationships, and open to all genders and relationship orientations.
Cost: $40 - $45 / couple
