In this workshop, we will open a door into the
fascinating world of body-mind interactions and focus on how working with the
body can quiet the mind. I will introduce the physiologic principles that
support this special relationship and teach a set of practical tools that can
be easily integrated into our daily routines and help us gain inner peace and
clarity. Through movement, touch, breathing and sensory meditation we will step
into this amazing doorway to quieting our minds and calming our hearts.
