Deep House Yoga is back! Our last event completely sold
out, so we added a new date and are stoked to continue our partnership with
Public Works SF.
Our "Dance" theme this month is about finding
your flow and enjoying some dance moves during class. Robin does this in a
super fun way. There will also be a short dance party after class whilst
enjoying fresh mocktails with music by Leyl.
This is a revolutionary way to practice yoga. Its some
art & laughter therapy, and next level connection, and dance class, all
rolled into one, with juice at the end!!
