The beginning of this event is a Movement Class (totally
optional) / then we will have our wonderful Cacao Ceremony/ then we really pick
things up with our Ecstatic Dance and at the very end of the evening we will
close out the evening with a Sacred Sound Bath ... all of this embodied in
this One Evening: YES..YES....YES !
We will once again converge in our beautiful 110-year-old
(built in 1906) space that "use to be a Church" and is now our
amazing new communal space here in San Francisco.
-We will be creating a Movement Class (led by Gabriel
Francisco) at the beginning.
-Before the dance, we will host a Cacao Ceremony to bless
our hearts.
-Then we graduate into our Ecstatic Dance Session*
-Sacred Sound Bath
(*The practice of Ecstatic Dance has the ability to shift
every aspect of our lives in the direction of that which we desire. We move
beyond the ‘thinking’ and ‘hoping’ for positive change, and step full-bodied
into our presence, power and connection to pure life-force itself. Whether it’s
healing, play, release or energy you are seeking, come amplify your New Years
intentions and be propelled forward by the vibrancy of this incredible Ecstatic
Dance SF community. We lift each other up in embodied health and connection to
all that is, bringing about the conditions for joy, wellness and the
manifestations of our dreams. And we have so much fun along the way!
On Saturday-March 23rd 2019, we have the internationally
celebrated DJ/Professional Dancer, Gabriel Francisco, back at the musical helm
laying down pure fire and melodic depth as the tapestry for our transformation.
This is going to be so good! We can’t wait to be back in fullness of it all
with liberated free-form expression, dance and play; and most of all enjoying
ourselves and re-membering the magic in life.)
In closing, we will then ground in an epic Sacred Sound
Bath that will bring us back into connection and into our bodies...this is
another VERY Special evening, promising to always be unique in it's connection
and experience for each and every one of you!
