Yoga - Lucia Grace
I am an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Advanced Yoga
Instructor RYT 500, improvisational dancer, and wild woman based in the San
Francisco Bay Area. At the heart of my practice, I believe that movement is
powerful medicine, and that true liberation can be found by journeying deep
within and setting ourselves free from limiting beliefs and fear with loving
presence. I continue to be drawn deeper into the practice of yoga not only for
the physical benefits of asana, but for the yoga that happens off the mat:
integrating these yogic principles of truth, compassion, mindfulness and
acceptance into our lives.
