OLOX and RootFlute will join forces offering a unique opportunity
to experience sound in a collaborative fusion, new to the planet! This
intentional dance journey will be sure to move your body and soul in a potent
profound way!
This will be a movement event fueled by prayer,
intention, and CACAO!
OLOX features, Zarina Kopyrina and Andreas Jones.
This NEO-shamanic duo from Arctic Siberia creates a
unique bridge between traditional knowledge and new technologies. Shamanic
throat singing, overtone chanting, rhythms of mind-altering states, reindeer
breath (arctic throat beat-box), sounds of northern birds and animals, and
vibrations of mouth harp, to awake the healing process of the organs and
invigorate the cells.
Daniel Hansen of RootFlute is a flute inventor and
international sound meditation facilitator.
Hansen is a multi-instrumentalist and will season the
stylings of OLOX with his self-made multi-chamber Flutes, 38” Paiste gong, 10
Tibetan singing bowls on an elaborate foot pedal system, didgeridoo, analog
synth, shakuhachi, esraj (Indian bowed instrument), soprano saxophone, plate
bells, swing chimes, tuned symbols, and an array of percussion instruments.
