A Journey to the Heart is a shamanic and tantric ceremony
to connect to the Heart through the essence of Cacao. This ceremony is centered
around healing, opening, expanding and connecting to our hearts as a source of
power so we may truly experience and be love in the world.
Our evening will begin with opening sacred space together
and honoring and learning about the sacred medicine of Cacao. We will begin our
journey with embodiment exercises and tantric meditation to come into the body.
And from there we will drink our amazing Cacao elixirs and embark on a shamanic
journey to open to the depths of your own heart, as well as, the heart beat in
all things. In the space of the Heart we will discovering what our heart is
asking for and what it seeks to offer to the world.
After the shamanic journey, we’ll share a group
integration circle and tantric intimacy exercises to ground into our beings the
wisdom of the heart and the radical ways of relating and connection that the
heart calls us to. The Heart is the wisdom keeper within, come open to this
part of you through the magic & medicine of Cacao.
Doors open at 6:45pm – Ceremony begins promptly at 7:10
and doors will close then. Our ceremony will end around 10:30pm and there will
be time to snuggle and connect with the community. We ask that everyone please
depart by 11:00pm.
IS THIS FOR ME?
This is an introductory experience of the sacred through
cacao, shamanism, and Tantra. No prior experience is necessary, though we are
calling in souls with attunement around consent. This event is clothing-on and
sober. We ask that you respect the container agreements for the sake of deeper
connection. Open to people of all genders and orientations. Perfect for both
singles and couples.
FACILITATED BY
Caity Flanagan bridges the worlds of love and
alchemy together through her practices as a modern day medicine woman. Her
combination of tantra, somatic, and shamanic practices allows her to move
seamlessly between the physical and mystic worlds in service of body, mind,
heart and spirit. She deeply believes that everyone can live a fully embodied
and purpose driven life.
Matt Sturm – Founder of Embodied Erotic, yoga
teacher, and relationship coach. I am following a calling to share the gift of
Tantra with the world. My work integrates meditation, yoga, and ritual into the
path of spiritual growth. I teach hands-on methods for inhabiting our bodies,
connecting with the breath, cultivating deep intimacy, and tuning in to the
universal love within us all.
