Human Nurture, a Social Purpose Corporation, invites you
to our Wellness Kickoff Mini-Retreat! Join us for a day at Golden Gate Park,
where we'll partake in community and wellness-minded events, such as
journaling, yoga, and dance, as well as activities that seek to connect us on a
deeper level to each other and to our humanity.
We will be providing water, snack bars, and goodie bags.
We will break for lunch – feel free to bring your own or buy some at the nearby
Whole Foods. Please bring a yoga matt, and a notebook and pen for journaling.
