We can be really harsh to ourselves. At times, we all use self-criticism and self-judgement. It can help us get things done. But it can make us miserable and anxious too. The alternative? Gain tools to dialogue and work with yourself in a healthy, sustainable way. This retreat is for people committed or who want to be committed to long-term mental/emotional health, and who want to do this with like-minded people.

By the end of this retreat, you'll walk away with:
·         An inner critic that is transforming into an inner coach of encouragement, ease and motivation, so that you prioritize your mental and physical well-being
·         Tools to break free from self-doubt and self-criticism, so you can take more risks and opportunities in your life
