Sylvie Minot and Wendy Heffner invite you to join them
for a 2-day Medicine Circle in Marin on October 19th and 20th.
Medicine Circle workshops weave together movement,
ritual, community, sound, prayer, and connection to Spirit. We use the
5Rhythms® dance practice, draw from cultural anthropologist Angeles Arrien’s
teachings and her work with indigenous culture, and incorporate sound healing
practices Sylvie cultivated while studying with Tito La Rosa.
This intensive weekend offers a deep immersion into a
soulful dance journey. As we create this sacred container to hold each other,
dancers may enter into the center and move with whatever is calling for
expression or healing, finding greater freedom, connection and peace.
