Music is the ultimate unifier, but how does music help us
through the tumultuous emotional roller coasters of abrupt pain, shock,
sadness, and the constant aching heart that ensues when we lose a loved one?
Join us as we share our own personal stories of loss,
along with special musical performances of songs special to our hearts.
Dayna has been a beloved well-known voice of Bay Area
radio waves for over two decades. She currently hosts her own podcast called
Radio Rehab, which holds open discussions about addiction and its many facets.
Chasta is on-air middays for 107.7 The Bone, along with
hosting Soundwaves TV, a weekly dive into the Bay Area's rich music scene.
